Emotional Snackers - You are outgoing, friendly, and enjoy life. You tend to get these sudden bursts of energy but are also prone to stress and fatigue. You need to feel loved and appreciated. You enjoy all sugary snacks and snack when you are bored, lonely, depressed, angry, or frustrated.
Nibblers - You are a constant snacker and muncher. You are practical and know that cutting down on snacks will not do much good, so you have at least six to seven small meals a day. You are easygoing and enjoy life. You have stamina, are energetic, and can cope with almost everything. You have an athletic build and are likely to make your career in sports or fitness.
Disorganized Snackers - Food is not a priority for you, and you tend to snack anytime of the day and skip meals because of that. You are generally absent-minded and disorganized. You are a loner and give the appearance of being cool and standoffish. You are ambitious, hard-working, and held in high esteem by those around you. The reason you snack is simply because you have to eat at some point in time.
